had to miss practice today *cries*

I SUCKED BIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIG TIME AT THE MEET YESTERDAY!!! i was PISSED at myself for coming in 35th! i was in the top 10 for the first mile, in a three mile course.

then we had to run over a bunch of roads.
long story short, i was in tears when i crossed the finish line.
OHHHHHHH and i FINALY figured out what shin splints are!!! (dont judge me cuz it takes me a little longer than others to figure stuff out)
noooooooooooow i no why there soooooooooooooooooooooo painful!!!!
