busy busy busy

soo, yeah. ive been reeeeally busy! yesterday was supposed to be our last practice, and today was supposed to be our last meet. well, there where storms at the place we were supposed to go to. so, we just had practice, in the gym, which, i swear, was 90 degrees in there! not to mention, there were A LOT of tornadoes. one right behind the softball field, one nearly formed over my house, twice!



this i thought was funny:



right after practice, while watching the clouds swirl, a tornado was only a few miles away at this point. we (two guys, the coach, and i) were going to see if the 8th grade science teacher was still here, we got all the way to his classroom, and remembered that he was at the game. so, we turned around, started walking back towards the front of the school, when (the school was like, silent) the baseball and softball team come running through the halls, my coach was asking them why they were in the school with cleats on, and like, two seconds later, the baseball and softball coaches (gym and science teacher) are yelling at us to get down (total chaos) so all, like 60 of us are running towards the main hall. the ball players were telling us that there was a tornado was right behind the softball field. anyways, we were suposed to get out of practice at 4:30, didnt get out till 5:30. yeah....

and, this poor guy from school, his house was destroyed. he was a cool dude too.
