boot freaking camp!!!!!!!

ok........
practice is suppost to be fuuunnnn right?
WRONG!!!! at least its not to my coach.
yeeeeeesssssssstttttttttteeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrrrrrrday
we had to run a mile in 7 minutes.
and every 5 seconds over......
is equal to a 200 yard sprint......
in under 12 seconds..........
since sooooooome people (not meeee) took soooooooooo long.......
we were going to have to run.......
200 SPRINTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
buuuuuuttttttttttttt.................
my coach is sooooo nice and cut it down to 45 sprints -.-

buuuuuuuuuuuutttttttttttttttttttt.........................
he made this one guy run a over a 1/5 of a mile in under a minute.......
so........
we only had to run 20 spritns :)

he had to shave her head the other night
so he let her shave his head when he was done with hers.

got to look at human blood, tried to look at fish blood, some lily pollen, e-coli, a wing of something, and some other stuff. lol
